He has performed in numerous countries, including South Africa, Namibia, Switzerland, France, and London venues such as Tate Britain, KOKO, V&A, and Jazz Café, to name a few. Intalekt has set the tone for headlining acts like Noname, D Double E, Lex Amor, Kojey Radical & Jaz Karis. NK-OK is best known as one half of the trailblazing Grammy-nominated duo Blue Lab Beats at the forefront of UK’s Jazztronica movement. As a producer, finger drummer, and sonic architect, his work fuses jazz, hip-hop, soul, & afrobeats into soundscapes that have earned global acclaim and collaborations with the likes of Sampa the Great, Kojey Radical, Pip Millett, IDK, Kofi Stone, Tiana Major 9, Masego & Jay Prince. In the DJ arena, NK-OK brings his deep musical knowledge, rhythmic sensibility, and producer’s ear to the dancefloor. On July 10 Ziad Hisham will bring his distinct and evocative sound fusing Jazz & Egyptian Roots Carving music to the Notting Hill Arts Club. Ziad Hisham is a visionary guitarist and composer blending the expressive depth of jazz with the rich heritage of Egyptian music. With a growing international presence, Ziad is shaping a sound that is both rooted in tradition and forward-thinking, offering listeners an immersive musical journey where jazz harmonies intertwine with Egyptian maqams, and dynamic rhythms drive fluid improvisation. Performing for over a decade, Ziad has developed his instrumental project alongside collaborations with renowned artists such as Grammy Award winner Fathy Salama, Sheikh Mahmoud El Tohamy, Sara Moullablad, Luka Salam, Mohamed Abo Zekry, and Amena. On this special evening Ziad's band will feature Anmol Mohara on drums, Ovidiu Antonovic on keys and Theo Archer on Bass. After the band DJ Ayman Sinada will keep the club moving until late.
